Enhancement to out-of-cycle billing items from AWS

When it comes to AWS Billing, both monthly usage and one-time purchases such as reservations and third-party subscription charges are processed.

The frequency of usage for reservation items and third-party subscription charges can be quarterly or annually. However, when usage is billed in the marketplace, the invoice displays a monthly billing period based on product configuration. This can be confusing for customers as it doesn't accurately reflect the actual billing and usage frequency from AWS.

To improve this experience in the marketplace, we have enhanced the usage descriptions in purchase orders by adding usage dates to reflect the correct duration for such out-of-billing cycle charges from AWS. This enhancement provides accurate usage information, increases transparency, and reduces overhead for our partners.

For example, previously, the invoice line item for an AWS third party charge paid quarterly, was shown as:

AWS - JohnDoe - 123456778 - Trend Cloud One Period of 01/12/23 bis 01/01/24

Now, with this update, the invoice line item is displayed as:

AWS - JohnDoe - 123456778 - Trend Cloud One UsageDates 2023-12-01 - 2024-03-01 Period Of 12/01/23 bis 01/01/24
